Doug Heir, Esq. is a practicing Attorney licensed and admitted to the Bar in the States of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Doug attended Rutgers University School of Law and received his Juris Doctor Degree in 1985. Doug joined the Beasley Law Firm in Philadelphia practicing Injury Litigation. Doug then joined the Firm of Morgan, Bor, Bornstein, and Heir continuing his practice in Personal Injury Litigation. Since 1989, Doug has represented clients and worked with other lawyers throughout the Country. Doug continues to help any individual and/or family member that has gone through trauma and/or devastating injuries.

Doug is the President of the National Spinal Cord Injury Association and is serving his second term and third year as President of the National Association.
Every day Doug receives phone calls and e-mails from individuals that have lost hope, and are in desperate need of help and resources. No matter what time of the day it is Doug is committed to serve all those in need.
Doug has received a number of Honors in the field of Law, including an Honorary Doctorate of Law, awarded “ Best Lawyers in America”, listed in “Who’s Who in American Law”, and “Who’s Who in Practicing Attorneys. Doug has lectured throughout America on Legal topics and issues and has worked with many high profile individuals.
